Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Good Life Coaching by Danielle, LLC, we value your time and your investment in your well-being. Whether you are purchasing a book, booking a session, or hiring Dr. Danielle for a speaking engagement, we want you to have clarity on our policies.

Please read the section below that applies to your specific purchase.

1. Retail & Physical Products

(Applies to Books, Apparel, Somatic Tools, and Supplements purchased via our online shop)

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened personal care items, supplements, or intimate wellness products (e.g., used meditation cushions).
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • How to Start: Email us at [email protected] with your Order # to receive return instructions.

2. Coaching & Workshops

(Applies to 1-on-1 Sessions, Group Coaching, and Live Workshops)

We hold your appointment time exclusively for you. When you cancel without notice, we are unable to fill that spot.

1-on-1 Coaching Sessions:

  • Cancellations: You may cancel a session for a full refund if you provide at least 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled time.
  • Rescheduling: If you need to cancel within the 48-hour window, you will not be refunded, but you may reschedule the session for a future date one time without penalty.
  • No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and do not provide notice, the session is forfeited and non-refundable.

Live Workshops & Events:

  • Cancellations: Workshop tickets are eligible for a full refund if cancelled at least 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the event date.
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the event are non-refundable, as venue and material costs have already been incurred. You may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us via email.

3. Speaking Engagements

(Applies to Keynotes, Corporate Training, and Panel Appearances)

Performance & Delivery:

  • Post-Event: Once the speaking service has been delivered (Dr. Danielle has performed the speaking engagement), there are strictly no refunds.
  • Dissatisfaction: While we strive for excellence, subjective dissatisfaction with the presentation content or style does not qualify for a refund once the service is rendered.

Cancellation by Client:

  • Deposits: If the Client cancels the engagement after the contract is signed, the deposit (if applicable) is non-refundable to cover preparation time and lost booking opportunities.
  • Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled event date require full payment of the agreed-upon fee.

4. Digital Products & Memberships

(Applies to E-books, Courses, and Heartbeat Community Subscriptions)

Digital Goods:

  • All digital downloads, e-books, and personalized plans are Final Sale and non-refundable. Because these products are instant downloads, they cannot be "returned." Please ensure you have selected the correct item before purchasing.

Memberships (Heartbeat Portal):

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your membership subscription at any time through your Heartbeat Portal.
  • Billing Cycle: If you cancel before your renewal date, you will not be charged for the next month.
  • No Partial Refunds: If your payment has already been processed for the current month, we cannot offer a partial refund. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and will not renew the following month.
